| Marbles with amphibolite sheets (former sills within limestones?). These metasediments structurally underlie the highly sheared marginal rocks of the Kohistan arc. Note the asymmetric boudinage. Looking East in road cutting. Outcrop height about 8m. Compare the inferred shear sense with that for the adjacent Kohistan rocks. |
