1. Evolution

Conclusion

Our environment was created over many billions of years. The Earth has evolved from a highly radioactive environment with no biotic life, to a planet which has been able to support successively more complex forms of life. The earliest life forms were single cell bacteria, then came multi-cellular organisms, followed by skeletal life forms, and ultimately - over the last few million years - human beings. Major shifts in the Earth's geology and its climate have substantially conditioned the evolution of life.
